Aagggh I totally over ate.
I had the wrap with lots of lettuce, some beetroot and cucumber and a bit of guacamole with some steamed carrot on the side.
I should have cut the wrap in half or something, I am so full. I’ve almost finished another Litre of water too!
Shopping was fail - no apple corer, not the brand of topping jars that I wanted. So I got a few packets of things like banana chips and flaked almonds and some sultanas.
So to add to food diary;
small packet (40g) of sultanas
Chef said that dinner will be dry-grilled Cajun chicken wraps and I have all the salad in the world to put on it plus steamed vegies. Minding my portion size with the guacamole may be difficult!
So I’m eating an apple and writing a shopping list;
Those toppings I mentioned earlier - going to see if I can find them at Coles
More apples - had five now have two
An apple corer!!
Something to go with my pasta - protein. So I’m thinking some tinned beans or nice fresh ones if I can find them.
Salt - I have none!!
I think that will do me for a little longer.
Another litre of water down the hatch! Still have a funny dry mouth/throat feeling so I hope I’m not coming down with a cold. Going to have a banana before my popcorn so I get some more potassium to help me absorb this water.
